Praxis Protest Powder Skis with Attack2 13 Bindings

Back up for sale, adjusted the price. Had some unexpected car expenses come up, and I have two pairs of Protests so these need to go.

They are the 188cm Praxis Protests. 128mm underfoot. Older OG version. Super fun, quick, crush everything, great float, you all know the deal. Bases are excellent - no scratches, freshly waxed. Edges are good, did a recent quick tune. Some scuffs. Topsheets have the normal chipping - all cosmetic, but I covered the chips with Epoxy for good measure anyways when I put in the inserts.

On their third mount for Tyrolia Attack2 13 Demo bindings. The heels are mounted with binding freedom inserts, which makes these skis perfect for traveling (slide the toe pieces off their track, and remove the heel pieces entirely. I can fit 4 pairs of skis in a single bag doing this. Don't see a reason to ever mount these skis again since the bindings fit any boot size and let you move your boot center around (actually comes in handy depending on conditions). Still potentially room for another mount.

They actually will fit another mount pretty easily, so far have checked dynafits for 300-315mm bsl, and Tectons for a 303-330ish BSL and they'll work. PM me if interested un them flat.

Bindings are brand new, never used. They will work with any type of boot (touring, Gripwalk, WTR, Alpine).

Asking $350 plus shipping for skis and bindings, or free local Bay Area/Tahoe pickup.

Any interest in splitting up? Likely not w the inserts but if anyone wants the skis alone I have the exact same OG Protest unmounted at the moment and wanted to put those binders on them.

Someone buy this setup. Skis rock. OG protests are so much fun

    ^ Agree. Don’t think I’ll sell
mine even with new 192’s. The OG shape is just so fun.

I'm really surprised these haven't moved. Agree that the 187/188 size is a ton of fun and very accessible for most skiers.

Most likely willing to sell bindings if someone wants the skis flat.

Fun skis, just didn’t end up having room for two Protests in the quiver. They’re off to a good home in Tahoe
