    it's marketed to the esports people - esports (gaming, basically) is by far the fastest-growing segment of "sports" world. So, a watch designed for them as they work out to prep (ha, I'm sure that's hudge) and they can monitor heart rate and sleep and whatnot, all designed to help an esports athlete reach peak performance. etc. etc.

    But mainly they hope it looks cool enough to sell some to these kids.
