Stock show.
See a show at the Ogden, Bluebird, or even smaller venue
Go to any one of the breweries, distillery, and recreational shops around town. There are hundreds.
16th street mall
Strip clubs
C'mon dude it is Denver not some shithole like Baltimore. There is plenty of shit to do for a standard white boy.

Lots of good food depending on how much you want to spend. WHat kind you like?
Denver has great beer, drink a bunch of it. You can find multiple areas where you can walk between them. RiNo, Tennyson, South Broadway, etc.
Pop an edible, take a walk around Sloans lake or Wash park.

I hear Denver has places that sell cures for uptightness.

Casa Bonita
Pick one of many breweries to visit. Ri-No has a lot in one spot.
Rent a bike and ride out to Cherry Creek and back. Check out confluence park.

Bar Fausto for cocktails, I cannot recommend this place enough. I've been to a lot of great bars all over the country, the staff impressed.

If you want the full local experience, rent a car and sit in I-70 traffic.

Chapultepec's is a must-do (assuming you like jazz) for sure.
Best restaurant I've been to in Denver lately is Bistro Vendome - little spendy (not terrible), but phenomenal food, and it has a great little bar area where it'd be ideal to eat if you're by yourself.
If you don't like French food...about a block away is Tamayo, which is some pretty awesome/different mexican food.
If you're expense-ing meals, Capital Grille is mighty fine (steakhouse).
If you can stomach the uber-hipsterness, check out the Rino neighborhood. A plethora of excellent bars, restaurants, live music, and tons of truly amazing street art (and uncannily...not a child in sight anywhere - not that I'm saying that's a good or bad thing, just odd).
