I just loved all the gaperific fucktards insisting every weekend warrior blue cruiser get their boots fit like a racer and have their alignment and canting checked or walk out of a ski shop.

I got in an argument with some guy who insisted that you couldn't huck off anything with 130 flex boots or you'd basically die or something. That place was frustrating but also great entertainment sometimes.

    Good eats in Jackson?

Um, you know, if you really want to enjoy the food in Jackson, you need to have had a good day of skiing and, really, you're not going to have a very good day of skiing in rental trash boots. I see you're from Chad. You might want to plan more than just three days at Jackson and buy boots there from the legend and work with said legend boot fitter over the course of a few weeks while you're there. The food will taste so much better and you're feet will THANK you!

Not to mention the full on WC race tunes every rec skier had to have. A lot of those guys spent a lot more time in the garage with their skis than with their families.

Whatever Happened To The Denizens Of Epicski?

They are definitely still around. The latest “Epic fest” on Pug has them suggesting people that ski “wide” skis (>80mm) can’t ski. Only “they” are the true skiers/carvers....on their <70mm slalom skis. Wide skis are for lazy heel pushing smear turners.......and the true Epic/Pug skiers are the only ones truly carving....therefore they are “better” skiers.

So stupid....there are positives and negatives to every site....that bullshit is a huge negative.
