One thing this series has done is to showcase how some of the most iconic spots in our sport are being threatened. This is the second line in the book that may never be done again because of changing climate.

That looks like it's pretty deep into Type 2 territory.

nice, just watched both the Pontoon/Meteorite episode and the Watson episode.
"fuck off you asshat gaper shit for brains fucktard wanker." - Jesus Christ
"She was tossing her bean salad with the vigor of a Drunken Pop princess so I walked out of the corner and said.... "need a hand?"" - Odin
"everybody's got their hooks into you, fuck em....forge on motherfuckers, drag all those bitches across the goal line with you." - (not so) ill-advised strategy

On the webpage, it doesn't have Currie checked off, which I thought you did, but it does have Sphinx, which I remember as a turn around, at least the posted episode.

Love the project and the whole series. Hope this season goes as well as 2019.

Curious as to when you did the traverse, as it looks like last spring. We had a super fast meltout, esp. in the N. Cascades which missed the bulk of the Feb. storms and might explain why the Park Glacier seemed esp. broken-up

Understood and I get it. Haven’t read the book and am going into this journey fairly blind/enjoying it from afar. Thanks for the background info. Neat read. True adventurers.

    X2.

Although the dumb and dumber costumes at the awards show were a missed opportunity. Cody could definitely pull off a convincing Harry.

Yet another great episode! Makes all of of those heinous slogs I've embarked on look a bit less heinous, the roped up skiing looked less than ideal too...

I guess you can only point at Hoji and say "look at the butt on that" so many times before the joke is only just kinda funny.

The best jokes are worth beating to death... until you and a few others are the only ones who think it's funny... and then a little more after that.

Unless you’re like me, and doesn’t remember most (if not all) jokes.

The one and only joke I can remember reliably is one that I read on the Thunder chairlift (back when it was a double) message board at Jackson Hole first thing in the morning on a big powder day, a long, long time ago. The joke: What do you get when you cross a dyslexic an agnostic and an insomniac? Someone who lies awake at night wondering if there really is a dog.

Unless you're into uphill over downhill, then it's a good choice.

Wow, all I got for Christmas was a shallow, crusty snowpack and the Finger from Cody Townsend, what a rip-off

I hate Phish, obsess over power transmission dynamics of the ski / boot / binding interface and don't really like weed...so my money is on the under for this ever happening.
