From what I've heard the sidewalls weep a lot until the sealant seals them up. All in all probably not too big a deal but you might go through an extra oz. or two of sealant before the sidewalls finally seal up. I can't imagine the bead being anything but "snug" considering how they fit every rim I've ever put them on.

What a beautiful couple of days going on. Gonna hit another early ride tomorrow.

Nice pictures on this page. What a stretch of weather. Rode my MTB this morning before work. It was perfect. A fast hour on the MTB gets it done. Felt great all day, because of it.

Ferns starting to turn down here in the Pioneer Valley with the cooler temps at night. Varmint in the trees dropping acorns like the Blitzkrieg though.

Convinced Mr and Mrs Biggins to come down and ride the local trails yesterday. The trails are as dry as they ever are and rolling fast!

Biggins had the stats on his computer.

Really, really beautiful ride. Nice work down there. Y'all should hit Mr. P up soon for a tour before he goes all B-town hipster.

Stats: 1.4 zagillion meters, 4.6K hands of climbing. Or 11ish miles, 1300ish' of climbing, 769 snot-rockets.

Hell of a fun weekend banging down Attitash for the Megabowl Enduro. MAN does that place keep you on your toes. Haven't ridden anywhere other than maybe Plattekill that is as chaotic, steep, and untamed. Such a blast, great little field for it, and a gorgeous weekend.

If Zach Galifianakis' awkward comedy is "Between Two Ferms," Attitash's 'awkward' terrain is "Between 45 G-Outs." Must've been in transition b/t G-outs 34 and 35 here.

They ain't been posted yet, bub! Thanks dude. Fun times racing with zero crowds and the ability to drop whenever you're ready and not have to sketchily pass/sketchily get passed. See ya at Thundah!

Anyone else riding the VT 50 this Sunday? Not that there’s really any time for socializing.

I will be there. Might be some time after, if the weather stays dry-ish.

19 NE - It's all up from here

Getting new truck tires put on down in Randolph Thursday and have a little time to kill. Are the Ellis lot RASTA trails worth the pedal to and from the tire shop?

Tried the trails out about a month ago and thought they were fun. The trails by Ol'56 were fun and worth a spin. Beware of the trail on the way back to the lot called Upland. Name should be hike a bike, god bless anyone who can ride up that stupid thing.

Holy shit is it perfect around here, did a blackstrap tour today. Back up to CV this weekend. The only pic I have that’s worthy is from a recent trip out west.

Wasps have been haunting the NNE HS race series. Last week it was a nest in the porch boards by the race finish (I took 4 stings to an ankle), yesterday it was a surprise nest midway through the C course sending kids jumping off bikes accompanied by screams and running off the course. Brutal. I, for one, am ready for a steady temperature drop.

Fkn stinging bugs suck. Wasps and Hornets are all over this fall and the EEE infected mosquitoes in CT/MA/RI are scary. It's time for some serious cold.

Hear you. Four of us rode in CT last night and two were stung. One in-the-face.
