Can somebody cliffs notes the technical end of how this works...or link me to a technical discussion? I have nerdly curiosities about the molecules and shit.

I have it on my Mantras. Only ridden 2 days but so far so good. I hate waxing so it seemed like a viable option for my daily drivers. At $145 out the door, fairly expensive but if it is as advertised I'll be happy with it.

I heard shops can get it in bulk and use a little less than a kit?

you got the infrared baking oven or wtf it is?

probably good for people who don't have a doz pair of skis and usually pay the shop to do their waxing

I don't believe so, assuming that this wasn't a snarky comment.

A quick wipe with any oil solves that summer rust problem, assuming you go waxless

Hard to find a warm enough day in ski country this time of year to cure a 1.0
Got to take it to a uv box at a shop. Doesn't apply if you are in some warm sunny place.

    2.0 - 1.0 = 1.0

    1.0 / 2.0 = 0.5. Math can be deceiving. Did you know I'm a PhD student?

One treatment for a pair of skis or a snowboard per wax kit.
