    Hey OP, I'm also new here but started dating a girl from the PNW about a year ago who had no avy experience. Honestly, used a combination of powder project and a book called Snowshoe Routes around Seattle that surprisingly had some easy mellow tours to get to. Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but it was very helpful to me
