LMAO. Fuck. I laughed but I actually fucked up here, so I shouldn't. Moments are sick. Sickest of the sick. I wish I didn't burn this bridge. I should note that Moment just got caught in my insano braino crossfire, I never actually directed much if anything towards. I've skied so many of their skis and have less complaints than practically every other brand. They make some of the best skis on this planet. If I was to go on a powder seeking spaceship to some unknown condition planet, I'd probably pick a Wildcat.
I used to go to the shop all the time. I whacked my head/neck pretty bad and forget names, but the front dude with long blonde hair was a master skier knowledge man and set everything up awesomely.

I guess if someone wants to get on a Moment demo sale I've got a pair of first year 188 commander 98s. 16 days no core shots. They have only been used this year. They are mounted with attack at13 demos. I may post on Gear Swap and will give you all first crack. 300 flat 400 with bindings. They are located in SLC.

I have a pair of this years commander 108 188s with p15s that I will be selling in the winter but could part with now. They have been mounted twice for a 310 BSL. They are currently at +2 from rec, other holes were OTL. Was thinking $575 with the pivots $400 flat. Open to offers.

Speaking of commanders this was the first year I went 100% Moment quiver. I have other skis but those skis now have dust and cobwebs due to these skis. Not coincidentally I had maybe my most fun year ever at the Alterra Mountain Resort soon to be Formerly Known As Squaw Valley. Wildcats are exactly what I wanted and more, a pow ski that made skied out snow, and things other than pow fun as hell.
I'm curious if anyone has spent time on both the newer Commander 108s and this 19/20 knife owl version and can compare them since one day in the future they will probably need replacing. I absolutely love the more center mounted feel and their pivoty and slidey ability, yet are so crazy fun to carve big fast turns on, I want more of that and am curious to know if the newer version feels similar.

Anyone wish they had downsized there WC 108 Tours from a 190 to a 184? I’d like to try the 190 and have a drilled 1x for 314 BSL in the line 184 WC 108 Tour I’d trade straight across for a 190 WC 108 Tour or 190 DW Tour. Not selling the 184s though. Probably don’t need to do it but Spring always gets me thinking about ski quiver adjustments

Ima tossing this out as a place holder- Moment is missing the boat; the boat is leaving the dock.
Moving that factory to the big house in the sky & ignoring the the obvious.....
It may be time for myself to move on

Going to part with my 190 WC108 tours + g3 skins after a final cruise to the beartooths in a week.
I found the skis to be awesome, but they just really aren’t very different from the wildcat 118 tour, which is my favorite ski ever, period.
They are drilled twice, one set of holes for kingpins at roughly 315 bsl and another for plum/Dynafit in the same range.
Used less than 30 days.

How does float and powder experience of the Comi compare to Wildcat? I found a good deal on original Comis but not sure if it would give me much more over my Wildcats. I ride in Tahoe area.

I have the OG 186 cambered Comi and the 192 rockered swallowtail version. Previously owned the WC (Blister Pro) in a 190. Sold them because I was either reaching for a deathwish or a Comi, depending on conditions.
Are Comis as versatile as a WC? No.
But nothing floats and hauls ass on pow days like a Comi. Nothing.

I have the '12 comis and love them. I haven't skied the WC but have the deathwish. Also in Tahoe and my current soft snow touring quiver is Volie Charger and Comi's. I would expect the floatation of the charger's isn't too far off the WC's but there is a very big difference in floatation between the chargers and the Comi's. I love them for deep sketchy bc days where the fattness makes less steep slopes way more fun especially in our thicker tahoe "pow". In bounds I would only pick the comi's over the chargers maybe 1 day a year, but in the backcountry I pull them out for 5-6 days a year and have never once regretted bringing them.
I could write pages on how much I love those comi's. They haul ass and float like a champ. The wide platform also makes landing airs a lot easier. If only they were lighter I would tour on them a lot more.

Ha if someone's convinced by those posts I have a pair of the stiff blems with one small core shot and one mount for cheap. I just haven't been using them and would be happy to see someone out on them.

There was a pair of 190 Wildcat 108s on Evo last night for $599, and I almost grabbed them. I held off because I want the 118mm one, but I'm regretting it a little bit now.
It got me curious, does anyone prefer the 108 over the 116/118?
