As for the sizing discussion. I'm 179cm tall, average build and I really like the 184 for both the resort and touring layups.

The Deathwish is my favorite ski, but it's strength is not long radius turns in chop and crud. I have considered sizing up to the 190 for better stability, but I don't want to lose the fun factor. These skis are great in trees and tight spots, and really fun in the open as long as you stay pretty active. I don't know if I would recommend sizing down, but I wouldn't recommend sizing up either.

Well, I bought one of them free trucker hats and they threw in a pair of 190cm Deathwhiskers for a small additional expense. Can’t hardly wait till the end of January to get truckin’.

Just ordered a pair of DW104s, excited to get on these skis. Thankfully have a couple weeks to:

    a) thin the herd and free up existing space for the DW

    Or

    b) keep all members of the herd, figure out how to expand ski storage space

PSA: Level Nine in Millcreek has a pair of 21/22 188cm Commander 98s for $399. Looks like they got mounted with a tech binding(based on mount pattern), skied once, and bindings taken off and put up for sale. Lol.

Lots of folks like myself who have them and don't have much snow to ski them. I put 10 laps on them one day when we had enough coverage, but it's been progressively worse and worse here since.

Mine are sitting in the corner of the room freshly mounted taunting me about the weather. I'll be on them pretty soon hopefully.

DW 104s are cleaned out everywhere, impressive.

Moment - what's the timeline for restock of the 184 and 190s?

We might have a few more available before Xmas but they will go fast.

If you want a pair head to the DW104 product page, click the size you want and enter your email in that "notify me" box.

As soon as inventory is updated you and everything else who signed up will get an email letting them know they are available.

Took the Deathwish 112 and Commander 124 to AK in mid-November for a strike mission. Those 124's are growing on me. Just need to get my legs back in shape for skiing.
