This. BSMP tips work great on weird-ass tips. Or coat hangers, basically the same thing.
I really hate how my Pomocas interact with my Deathwish / Deathwish tour. The tip has a tendency to slip sideways and the glue sucks so I get a lot of skin migration. My Pomocas just suck in general though, so not the ski's fault, just need to get new skins for this winter.

Pulled the trigger on some wildcat 108 tours last night. So stoked they will round out the quiver perfectly. Sorry if this has been covered but anyone recommend a mounting point other than the line for a full time touring rig w/ tech bindings?

I ski wildcat 108 tour on the line and it feels good. Maybe if you want it to be more freestyle-ish you can move it forward a bit

Young guns / freestyle riders go -4, but unless you're spinning and flipping in the backcountry the rec -6 is the way to go.

Excellent, thanks for the replies. Not going to be doing much intentional spinning and flipping so the line it is.

Shiitttt....I was just out filling the massive holes in my OG topsheet of that ski (OG version has different bases though) so I can beat the fuck out of them some more.
Wish I could somehow justify owning three pairs of Deathwishes?

Nice to see you getting some turns in
Sent from my iPhone using TGR ForumsI need to go to Utah.
Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?
So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....
Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

Hey Moment mags....any reason to think twice about buying undrilled 2016 Bibby Pro 184? I've read about skis losing camber and pop over time but not sure how much stock to put in it.
You think they'd be a good addition to Francis Bacons 183 for deeper days? 5'11"+, 160lbs and don't want anything that feels much weightier than the Bacons.
Price...obviously worth whatever someone will pay but about US$470 seem good enough?Last edited by chairman pow; 11-04-2019 at 09:53 AM.
