Love that Moment is doing this - here are a couple for the collective's consideration:

    (1) DWT 104 with the DWT layup (meaning, paulownia/ash from DWT not paulownia/beech). This would knock off ~200 grams/ski, and make the 184 DWT 104 with paulownia/ash weigh about 1550g/ski. That would be a killer weight.

(1b) DWT 104 but with the Countach tail (or just a lower tail). Possible? Probably a wholly different ski. I just much prefer a flatter tail for touring.

    (2) Countach Tour 104. Just slam in that P/A layup, and we have another light touring option.

    (3) A Countach Tour 94. Yes, this would be a new mold, but would be awesome to have a late-spring/summer-oriented touring model.

[Can you tell I want a light touring option from Moment??]

No other requests from me - love the line up. I just need a 190 Wildcat back in my life!!
    sproing!

We have made this ski. The Beech skis WAY better.

Let me put my money where my mouth is

193 with a throwback to the 2019 Lava Lamp 107 graphic would be a dream come true

    Those look amazing.

Question - my DWs are getting a little long in the tooth. What’s the consensus on float, powder performance between the Countach 110 and DW?

The latest Blister podcast with Moment talks about how they're all really stoked on the C110s performance as a powder ski.

with the shovel being 140 it’s wider than the Chipotle banana and as wide as the shorter ghost train. So they float like beasts for a 110 ski.

    Those are ridiculous. I want!

I've always been tempted by Ghost Trains, but always felt in between sizes for the purpose I'd use them for.

In the last 21 years of Moment I have spent more time on a DW 112 - 190 than any other ski we have made.

The last couple of years I have been on the Countach, the 110 definitely wins in the powder category over the DW due to having a slightly more directional mount and wider shovel.

only reason I’d say do the trains is I feel like the 194 CT will be available each season. Never know about the trains.

I’m sure….just trying to find a slightly lighter weight Moment spring / big day option. Perhaps I’m just obsessing…

But while we’re spitballing, what about a DWT 94 with the Beech layup? Similar weight reduction and probably would still ski awesome in Sierra spring conditions.

That’s a good point I’m just not sure the GT is gonna scratch that persistent itch I have

Having both the trains and the Countach 110 I can confidently say I think your itch will be scratched. Ghost trains this season countach next. Both problems solved

If you were to add 2 more moments to a lineup what would you get? I'm tahoe based with a set of Commander 92's - love em for for low snow and spring conditions. Got some Voile Hypervectors with ATKs for BC. I probably do 70/30 backcountry/resort.

I'd love to get some skis that don't overlap completely (i.e. not wc 108 and wct 108s). I imagine a bigger resort ski for when theres some snow, and then a set of touring with pin bindings that might get some double use at the resort on deep days.

    Any advice?

sounds like you need a chipotle banana and a Dwt.
