Just picked up a pair of DWTs in 184cm, I'm stoked to finally join the cool kids club. Did I fuck up in getting them too short? The rest of my touring skis are 176-186cm, and my daily's are mfree108s. 165lbs, average skier.

Little nervous about the -5cm mount but I'll figure it out. Skied the standard DW on a demo day last year and really enjoyed them!

No, that should be the right size. Just don’t expect them to be the floatiest ski of all timein pow…but I think you’d be making a mistake to size up for pow performance on a DWT. If that’s what you’re optimizing for, get a pow ski…

Yeah I've got plenty of pow skis, use case for this ski would be as a west coast daily driver. Thanks!

Any larger dudes on the 187 Meridians? Anyone feel they are too short? I'd already own a pair of 193s if that size was made.

I'm used to progressive mounts, normally ski 190 WC108s. Thinking the 187 Meridian might be too short.

How big are you? I’m 6’1 220 and didn’t feel like I needed anymore length on the 187.

5’10” about 205 nekkid. I have never wished for a longer Meridian. I mean maybe when they get to that particular speed, I might.

Same stats the 187 meridian definitely doesn't feel too short

    I’m 6’2” and currently 205lbs, but I was 225lbs during winter.

Interesting. Very interesting. Seems like they wouldn’t be “too short”, just maybe slightly short, but good for bumps/trees/all mtn.

I ski 191 full rocker Mantras and sometimes wish for more ski, but never wish that on 190 Wildcat 108s. So having a hard time gauging Meridian sizing.

190 Wildcat 108 and 187 Meridian didn't feel drastically different in terms of top end for me. The Meridian is more maneuverable, Wildcat holds a better edge in firm

The last set of 187 Meridians sold. Probably for the best.

That was quick though. All the skis are selling so fast. If I don't grab something soon, they will be gone!

pretty fkn stoked on these dwt's

question for the collective - these skis have a divot about the size of a dime and 1mm thick or so on the top sheet; worth saying something to Moment? not trying to be a Karen but these weren't a blem pair

I'm watching the Meridian Tours and Commander 102s. I’ll probably have to pull the trigger whilst the DADSRAD24 is live.

Anyone else have that pair that got away? Today is my day unfortunately. A set of 2015 Exit Worlds (Ghost train version) popped up on FB yesterday and sold before I could pick up. This is still my absolute favorite touring ski for any soft snow condition... would buy a pair in an instant if Moment decided to re-release.

Meridan is my all time favorite ski, but the 187 does feel undergunned at 6’3” and 270. Would still be my DD if they were available in a 193.

I probably could have made the 187 work. I'm a little shorter and now 200lbs and dieting further. I will regret not getting them on sale so cheap like they were. I'm looking for a stiff full rocker all mtn ripper, although closer to 100mm underfoot and low 190cm-ish. These were pretty close, and I was overthinking.

I'm also mad I missed the Wildcat 101s.

Some Meridian Tours showed up at the house today. Gonna throw the ATK FR14s BenHuWe sold me a few weeks ago. He threw in a set of 120 brakes AND some crampons which was mighty nice of him. If I had time to get them mounted, I'd take 'em out for a couple turns next week.
