Buckle up New England. Looking like you're going to get some..

I'll probably be making my last turns of the season this next weekend. Conditions should still be pretty good and they'll be making snow mid week. Saturday the 9th ought to be good and not too crowded, The 16th is the annual regional rail jam park and pipe contest. Fun to watch but a cluster to try to get some turns that weekend. Weekend after that will probably need a boat to pull me so it's next Saturday or bust for a day trip.
Go that way really REALLY fast. If something gets in your way, TURN!

Got a new job I started right before the holiday break with MANDATORY holiday furlough. My PTO balance is currently NEGATIVE. So only day trips or stuff within 6 hours of home for a weekender.

Depends on what part of Poconos you are talking about. The Northeast corner of Susquehanna, Wayne and Pike counties got the 10-12”. I have a total very close to a total of 12” after more fell last night. Farther north (Elk) fared better than others.....Catskills were the winner for this storm.

Oh wow, that's pretty sweet. Shame that Blue and JFBB didn't see much from this.
