The real crime here is that some early investors are going to make billions by selling shares to a nearly scam unicorn that is losing billions every quarter and really has no hope of ever making money. But, you know, bigger fool and all that.

I still stand by the fact that an American with one nut is just more of a man than any Frenchman.

Like anyone needs a grand slam in Uber to be “saved”.
The POS has clearly learnt nothing.

All those guys were on something, he was just better at it than most. His ego caught up to him while all the others just faded away.

Lance's Billion
If he can spend $10 million in a weekend and have nothing to show for it, he gets to keep $1 billion?

Such a weird comment. People want to see criminals punished, is that hard to understand? And he was a raging narcissistic asshole and bully on top that. He sucks as a human. He lied to cancer survivors on top of everything too. A true piece of shit.
Sure we should all be buddhist monks and not care and forgive, but fuck that. It sucks his only punishment was losing millions....that didn't even matter because he invested his money he got as being a fucking fraud and made even more money so his fines and settlements didn't matter. Fuck Lance. He lost his reputation, sure, so what??

I'm torn. He was a colossal piece of shit to a bunch of people but back when my buddy had cancer and was given something like a 10% shot to live (right around the livestrong bracelet period), he actually got a chance to meet Lance and came away with a massively positive outlook.
He made it through chemo and a miracle surgery and is still around to this day. I can't say definitively that it made any difference in his treatment or recovery but I'm still grateful for it, even if it was all lies.

odds are he only got the opportunity to make that investment because he was a fucking fraud. not the money part of his fame, the fame & notoriety part of it.

Meh...how many rich assholes are there...what’s one more. 🤷♂️
Sent from my iPad using TGR ForumsIt makes perfect sense...until you think about it.
I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

It wasn't all lies--just the really super important part where he rode his bike next to a bunch of other doped up assholes, went a little faster than them and claimed to be clean. Seems like he's alive, so maybe he really did beat a stage 4 cancer? Count me among those happy to see that and significantly helped by knowing it. (Your own success--at like 90 yo?--is quite encouraging as well. Congrats!)
If the goon can buy his way out of all claims and actually come clean about everything--in detail--we might just learn some very useful things about the human body. Does he deserve a billion dollars? No. Dirty sport is dirty. Lightest cheating asshole wins. Meh. If Lance ever puts out all the details like Tyler did I might read it.
