I ordered a pair of Black Crows touring poles from SkatePro. They first sent me an email informing me that they were on backorder. Then, they told me that they weren't stocking those poles anymore. Had to call to get my refund. Not confidence inspiring, and I don't think I'll be making any future orders with them.
