Warning: I might not be able to get these to you in a super timely manner as my wife is due any day now. In full disclosure, I'm posting this trying to jinx myself so that the damn baby will come out now and we can get our 2018 tax break.
    good luck and congrats, man!

Jackson is popping right now: dry snow, cold, and fluffy. But fuckin cold temps! Skiing ain’t the same without your tailgate rig in the parking lot though - make the trip out here this week! I know you’d make at least two people happy, and I’m sure the local mags here would dig it

Something like this could happen some day soon, but wifey still not up for travel. Lunch crew missed Thai noodle day today. Tap knows what's up.

Tomorrow’s lee pockets under sunny calm skies sound tasty, on the other hand.

Conditions at Mt B today allow operation of the Carousel and Rainbow chairs. Everything else on wind and ice hold

Update. Three chairs of patrollers went up SRX about 30 min ago. They have not returned. Carousel is spinning so slowly you have to watch 10 min to see movement

Gave it a go but it was obvious quickly that the mountains were angry today. I'm home and loving it.

SRX started stuffing butts at 1000. Said WTF I’m here, I’m geared, get used to it.
Three runs and 20 min lift lines later, nothing else was gonna open soon, it was time to cash in.

First thing only Pucci was turning, was Tahoe-like lines. Then Molly opened, that too was swarmed quickly and again, Tahoe-like lines. Then Flood opened and things spread out a bit. Sure, there was an occasional hockey rink, but the soft snow was oh so good... the trees off Flood, above Glade were awesome, lower Kruser was nice as well. Tomorrow tho, the trees off Norman’s will be great and were left untouched today with it closed all day. Here’s hoping Mile has some soft stashes and isn’t boilerplate till just above Norman’s...

Today was great. First chair at 8:30 on HRM had about 10 people lined up. The crowds were skiing the groom. It was cold, windy and snowing. That means free re-fills. Only scratched on the usual suspects. The drive back was a shit show though.

Shout out to the guys at Evo for putting me in every boot on the damn wall until I found one. I was kinda down on them because I fucking hated the Full Tilt's I was in. Now I realize I went in the first time with too much of an opinion, and what I thought I wanted was not right for me AT ALL. I've been thinking that I was just super rusty after not skiing last winter, but I finally realized that I was fighting my boots inadequacies all along. My go to for after sale boot work will always be Greg at BAM. But for getting me in a good fit out the door Evo did me right.

They take appointments now too FYI. Where as before you just had to roll the dice and show up hoping the line wasn't 8 people deep.

Not to perpetuate a conversation that should be in tech talk, but out of curiosity, what did you go with?

I've been in a similar situation (fighting an inadequate fit in Full Tilts) and have been avoiding getting new boots because I don't want to remount four pairs of ON3Ps mounted perfectly on the line for my current BSL...subsequently my snowboards have been getting more attention this season. I've been shopping for boots with a similar BSL, which seems like a retarded way to shop for boots, but this seems like a better approach than needing to remount an entire quiver. Were you able to get a boot with a similar BSL?
