After a month of not skiing following knee injections, a few laps this morning didn't suck. Knees are a bit sore -- hoping to slowly progress back to full strength.

This kicked my ass. Lack of sleep prior, dehydrated then ate something funny after the ski. High fever and just slept almost 30hrs
