...and to note, that $150+ship is more than I'm generally willing to pay. [But I'm cheap, what's new.]
I'd consider these a good deal at something like $100-125 + shipping. I might have to wait a bit, but I've picked up a couple of pairs that were brand new for less than $150+shipping - with a little scrounging (in both cases, I had to source brakes separately).

If you were willing to go $125, I'd probably take one, even though I really don't need a pair at the moment.

Is there any overlap with the hole pattern for the normal Warden or are these a unique demo pattern?

I did a template for the demo version - there's a thread for it. All the measurements are on there. If you grab the non-demo Warden template {I believe it's also here], you could compare the two. [I'm not going to do it for you.]

But I'd guess the likelihood of match-up would depend on the current non-demo BSL mount etc. [i.e. not likely]
