Great day. You missed a good one!
    Excellent *spring* conditions. Busy.
    Climax bumps were super smoove.
Got slow/sluffy/rollerballs last half hour tho.
Dunno how much longer they'll run 2. Not much wrod under there...

Remember CDLV? Got a shout out from a buddy of his.
And bumped into Mokomahona, SquawAlpine maggot, in the Gondi.

In other news...Apparently a grooming cat recently knocked over the wooden Mammy sign outside Gondi offload. Really!

Seems like as a good a place as any. A year ago ?I thought I was going to lose my left leg and ultimately die within a year. That is not a joke.''

Today I just took an easy two mile /MTB ride, my leg did not go numb once. I am getting better, /I might even ski again.

    Great stoke"

Something has been nagging at me all season...

If Mammoth is "The Queen of the Eastern Sierra", then what is the King?

Possible dumb question, are there still those buddy pass things out there? Looks like I'll be heading to the mountain this saturday and wouldn't mind defraying that day ticket cost a bit.

Mammoth, via Tioga, and Squaw are exactly equal mileages for me. But not equal speeds...

I am looking forward to getting back to Mammoth this week.

Chair 2 is done for the season...amazing it ran this long. Steeps still skiing well, but bumps are becoming massive. More and more runs are burning out, but still good coverage on some runs off the top and chair 3. Making August is going to be a stretch.

Hoping the snow can hang in there for 10 more days. Want to log a few days of morning turns before putting the skis away for summer.

Right now, looking at lift report, seems like only Gondi up to mid, then 3, 23, or upper Gondi.
    Upper mtn only?
11 too, over park, but might be for bikes?
We were thinking of heading down tomorrow, Weds, but too late now.
    Maybe Thurs.
Any interest in Mammoth Reggae Fest? 7/19-7/21?
    But in Village Plaza...???

I might be around for reggae fest time line. I think I have 20-23rd blocked out. Unless the surf looks too good to leave. Or I get tied into some work.

I'm driving from Telluride back to SF on July 31st and may go straight to Mammy to ride Aug 1st for a few hours (if open)...I couldn't make it two years ago and missed 1995. Need to tell the grand kids...haha.

Yesterday, Lower Broadway was diverted to just the park run. The race course is still fun.
3, 23 and the gondola. Climax is good.
    Unskied snow is real rough.

    Get it.

    ☆Bonus!☆
Bumped into ASandyGal at the end of the day
    Man, it's been years...

Didn't like look of Climax, somehow, so ignored.
But the Wiggle on MJB's was a larf.
Best was the one of the Dropout chutes.
Most have rocky "holes" that were a drag at speed
But one, skiers right a bit, was excellent bumps all the way.
