Well, looking at that coverage, and the small tweak in my back today, has me thinking I might not be driving out there this coming weekend. Starting to look pretty limited. Looks
Like there is still a ribbon of snow going all the way down to Tucks. Can’t imagine that will last much longer.

    Just noticed on front page:
*Open daily for skiing/riding through July 28*
We woulda come down today, but timing was off.
    Maybe tomorrow.
Possibly Friday, if 3 still running then.

Sitting on a dead ass fire in Nevada (note dry lake bed), temp is a pleasant 96 degrees. This place sucks, hoping to be back for closing weekend and out of this god forsaken desert.

Bottom of 3 to McCoy Station.

Except for the guy with blades that skied/walked across the dirt and up the steps. I don’t know if he took them off in the gondola...

Funny thing is...we heard, that the sign had been rundown by a Groomer...
*Mammoth took down the old sign, which was installed 20 years ago, because of “significant wear and tear.”
Last spring, it had to be cut down five feet due to damage*

Does anyone know how much they'll have open tomorrow? Is this a WROD situation? Do we need a 19-20 thread? I have many questions.

    WROD for sure....

Just loom at the web cams on their website. Weather is conducive to snow making so they will be adding more. Personally I don't think it's worth the effort, but that is just me.

If I was 4 hours closer I'd be there in a flash, but yeah, need to make it a multi-purpose trip.

    The WROD was fun yesterday.
Gondola to McCoy then the Ho Chi Minh Trail to Broadway.
Parking was past chair 10 lot.
    Very ICONIC

Way to early for me. I need at least 36" to 48" of fresh before doing that dumb drive. And the first BIG DUMP before I start the 2020 thread, but don't wait for me if you're in the mood.
