^ twas fun....something like the Hangover, Cannonball Run, and Into the Blue all fused together with a side of SkyFall's Grand Bazaar thrown in for good measure...the entire case has been sealed and not even redacted report available....

ps....i can disclose that i ended up with this little gem by the end of it all....lol

edit: See below, misinterpreted scope of the t-shirt sale/group buy.

Shirts can probably be made for less, through a vendor like custom ink with the numbers we are ordering

Sheesh Pat, wasn't trying to offend. I didn't realize you were trying to make $$ on the shirts (which I'm totally fine with), I just thought you had a t-shirt guy who was over charging you -> charging more for the shirts. Nor that FKNA was a trademarked phrase.

This seemed more of a community buy for some cool merch with a mag phrase on it than a company selling shirts. Considering it came about from a member liking a shirt in your picture and organizing a group buy, friends and family payments, most customers owning PM gear skis, etc. Thought you were just helping route it through a t-shirt company. Sorry I misinterpreted. I've owned multiple pairs of your sticks and actively promote them (was/am a pretty strong proponent for the recent Lhasa collab) because I think they're fantastic skis... not a great response.

IP is what I do for a living. Which means I pay start up and maintenance costs on brands, ie, some trademarks, a shitload of .com addies and the development of said IP. Beyond that, I live on a meager old ski bums social security check. Figured the trademark symbol might be a dead giveaway.

I've simply done plenty of charitable acts around here and still get people thinking I should give shit away more often than you could imagine. Every so often, I call bullshit. No harm , no foul, MD.

    Pre-orders for FKNA Shirt

I want Pat (and everyone with valuable IP, products, music, content) to make a profit. It is work, and should be viewed as such.

I really like, and still wear my old shirts from the batch VT freeheel posted. That cotton was burly, but still a T. If some combo of that and 1000 oaks' color scheme gets produced, I'm down for 2.

Hell, I'm probably down regardless, lol.

    Very nice 1000;

Coyote Brown and Olive Drab are nice. Maybe a military font?

Those all look great though; Blue's a bit flashy for this FOG...

The tan/brown is so good, I could see a run on those for some active duty friends of mine.

I have come full circle on the dri fit versus cotton material preference. For a base layer or anything that might get wet from precip or sweat I'm 100% for synthetic now. For chilling around the house or perfect weather I still like cotton sometimes, but given the choice or the other I now go synthetic. Sucks because they are made from freaking oil but until we can get them made from hemp, the synthetic would be my first choice now.
Go that way really REALLY fast. If something gets in your way, TURN!

Could actually use mil-spec tan shirts, but I'd rather have a nice heavy 100% cotton T that has a relaxed fit. The mil-spec garb is thinner material and cut for guys in great shape.

My pick is brown with tan text, followed by the blue for Summer. Love the font as-is.

Agree with this. And nice job 1000-oaks. Both brown tan combos look great, and the blue is reminiscent of the run where the only colors were red, white, and blue.

    Pre-orders for FKNA Shirt

Big fan of the tri blend Next Level shirts that were used in the black and sea foam.

Strong work 1000. Get in shape you bastards the 1980s can keep their stiff heavy cotton ponchos.

I like the tan with brown text and the blue myself...

I've priced hemp blanks and they're pretty fukkin pricey.
I still wear my cottons and like the loose feel.
I have a store I'm talking to about carrying the fkna and was chatting it up with a young woman who said the young chicks like cotton men's tees cause they can cut them up and make them stylish for themselves.

I have a bamboo T that is pretty nice. No idea on blank cost compared to hemp or cotton but it is comfy and soft af

Me too. This batch was my fav in terms of material weight. And 100% cotton.
