Yes. There is a recipe comp every year for the following season, but they are pretty consistent. You can only do so much with a traditional cc cookie.

Eldora clusterfuck Friday?
Nice day up there today. Dropped kids off and arrived at crack o’ten. Nice parking spot. Roads pretty much dry until Eldora Rd then felt like winter.
Multiple empty chairs in front and behind me
I guess I was traffic…the dude abides…
Finished up with a few real nice runs on front side. Farming it.
Great last minute decision to head up. Rode the lifts w/ some real nice folks and everyone was stoked. Probably my last time there for the season.
Oh and very little W, especially compared to what we’ve been getting on the Front Range. Almost oddly calm. Amazing.

My GF keep the nice stuff
Need about one onion one bell pepper and two ribs celery for the trinity.
Two beer roux, just cooked in the oven
Cook the trinity in some oil and add in bout a cup of chicken broth
About this much this:
Thighs like 20 mins like this:
Some of each of these (1 tbs, 2 leaves, 1tsp, 1tbs maybe about)
Whisk some broth into the roux:
Pull the chicken out and mix in the roux add more broth
Pull the chicken apart put it back in
Keep it at temp make sure the chicken cooks
