WTB: Pow Ski in shorter length 180-185 x 120ish

Planning a Japanuary trip and looking for some new boards for resort/side country in Hokkaido.

Me 5'9" 175lbs and feel a little old on the slopes these days so not looking to go too long or too heavy.

Any body having second thoughts about something you picked up at the local ski swap? Something extra in the quiver now that you bought your dream skis?

    Let me know

Thanks for checking in, but I’m looking for something newer and preferably with only one mount or one old one and one I can use for a frame AT binding at my 306bsl.

    Hey RVW,

I have some Armada Bubbas that have been skied a total of 5 days in Hokkaido last year. They are 188cm long and 132 underfoot and it mint condition. They have a ton of rocker so they ski shorter. I’m 5’10” 177lbs (and 50 yo) and these were perfect for the deep that Japow offered. Unfortunately I will not be making Japan (or heli) this year, so the fatties will likely sit in the garage.
Let me know if you have any interest.
Have fun in Japan, I’m jealous!

Bumping this up again as the traffic here is getting better post turkey...

Thanks for the replies thus far.

All the kudos for Praxis around here has got me hungry for a protest, and I think I need to man up and go a little longer to the 188
    Range for these skis.

    Anyone holding?

I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

    Thanks, Guys.

Why turn I saw those and was tempted, but didn’t want to put a third set of holes in there.

Anyway, I ended up taking the plunge for some line pescados on Corbetts

$445 for brand new 2017 model is hard to say no to!
