Yes. The rubber in front of the AFD on the Hawx XTD keeps it from stepping in on a Marker toe.basically the rubber is thicker than any other WTR boots.
Pretty much Marker-Atomic-Ski shops on this one:

I've run into this issue with WTR era xtds. Does anyone know if the newer GripWalk version of the boot fits?
