SF Bay Area: Join us to Rideshare / Carpool to Tahoe Resorts KickOff

Join fellow skiers and boarders to kickoff the ski season at Sports Basement! Here's your chance to expand your circle of ski and snowboard buddies for Tahoe trips; share expenses and help reduce impact to our environment.

Driving from the SF Bay Area to Tahoe resorts can take as long as four plus hours each direction so we invite folks to pool resources to get to the mountains and succeed in the shared goal of driving to/from the resorts safely and to enjoy a full day of POW

For this event, snacks and drinks will be provided by Sports Basement - our partner in helping to connect folks ride share.

Cost: FREE - SnowPals community event for folks to connect for Tahoe ridesharing

Everyone at check-in will get a raffle ticket entry to win event door prizes:

(1) Sports Basement gift card

(2) Grand Prize: One day ski bus trip from the SF Bay Area to Tahoe resorts; special thanks to Bay Area Ski Bus for their donation to our prize pool.

One day ski bus trips include:

+ round- trip transportation
+ a full day’s lift ticket
+ breakfast on the bus
+ free energy drink for the slopes
+ after- ski hot cocoa (wine/beer tastings on selected dates), snacks, and on-bus featured movie entertainment
- optional: add ski/snowboard rental and/or lesson package
