They were bombing it (seven days in a row they are blurring together) Tuesday? Caused a “late” opening. Really they just told us all that we could hear some explosives and maybe we couldn’t go down Mimi right away. That was a phenomenal day. Oh I think that was when you went to Stevens. Was that Tuesday?

The entire isle of Whidbey is (still) without power. Massive blow up there according to my parents who reached-out this afternoon to let me know they were trapped in their neighborhood by fallen trees & downed power lines. Good thing they sprung for a beefy generator in the fall, but it's a bummer they'll be dealing with lots of storm clean-up instead of skiing this weekend.

At least they got that working again... I hope someone is getting grilled over why it was down for so long yesterday.

Need a dumb driver enforcement checkpoint. Did you grow up here? No? Where ya from? California? Road’s closed. Oh, Montana? Drive safe now.

Could also just close it to Prius, WRXs, and Ram Trucks.
Hopefully that's the treatment I get as I try to make my way over the pass this weekend headed back to MT.

I seem to have this same streak going when we leave for vacation. Dumps here, dry in MT.

It's pretty damn annoying. My neighborhood is usually really bad, but we've managed to keep power through all the recent storms.

I might try to get up for my first (!) day of the season on Monday. Depends on how much end of the year work stuff I get through this weekend. I'm pretty sure I lost your number

Maybe you should go down and show them how to get that shit done. Pfft, super simple right, just flip a switch. I’ve seen the carnage, that shit is no easy task, they worked their asses off to restore power. Hell, the big wind storm we had two years ago over here had me working 16 hr days until it was done. I worked 23 days straight and I’m not a power guy. Communications.

Not complaining about the power outage, but that the outage map online wasn't working.

Oh. Lol. Didn’t read it that way. Oh well. I get tired of people bitching that we don’t get shit restored fast enough. Guess I misread that.

Let’s hope it’s soft and have the goats roam
Will be tinkering with several skis and open to share
