I credit the pup, and that other thread on training pups.
was researching brittany's. starting looking at the life expectancy. realizing that mine just turned 9, and we only have so days like this left. have to take advantage every chance I get.
I went out fully thinking it would be a mostly skins on day. just happy to tour in new snow with my dog.

Mofro nails it! I stayed the night at the toe of the glacier to get two days out of the walk. And it’s mostly dirt to the meadow, so easy cruising. What a great spot! I mostly skied the glacier and a few wind loaded spots that had the coverage. I tried a bigger line but got spooked by whales laying around from the wind. Chilly night but gorgeous days!

SNOW IN THE PNW 2018-19
Doing some preseason research on possible touring zones for this winter (newly relocated to the PNW)... is the E/SE side of Mt Adams skiable (or accessible for a day trip) in the winter? Particularly intrigued by Little Mt Adams and Ridge of Wonders for fun yo yo laps, but not sure if that side gets enough snow. Looks tasty for the lower flanks of a volcano.
