Boy... I can win for losing. First I don't count as a maggette then I get in trouble for starting a thread about snow.
Whatever. You're the men. Apparently you make the rules in this world.

I'll allow it as the new thread can coincide with the first delayed Paradise gate opening

With all due respect to the ladies - this has nothing to do with gender. The policy has long stood. Men have been lambasted for premature thread starts in the past...

Woot! woot!
We may need some ta-ta's in the Ullr thread this year to help.
Female human ta-ta's preferably.

Christ O'mighty. Are you all listening to yourselves? Did you read the title? Let me help - "SNOW IN THE PNW 2018-19"
It is snowing at Bluewood located in the Blue Mountains of Washington.
Washington is the PNW.
End of story.
Now you can either be part of the "yeah, it's snowing in the PNW ski season is upon us!" crowd or you can be men behaving badly. Your choice.

SNOW IN THE PNW 2018-19
Can we be both KQ?

KQ,
With all due respect... perhaps it is you who has not been paying attention.
The silly, somewhat strict criteria for beginning this annual top notch thread of STOKE, per the years-long tradition, have been:
1. OP has skied this "season". (I take it to begin at the start of the water year, October 1).
2. OP has skied at elevations congruent with common access and below treeline. Glacier scratchings do not count.
3. OP has skied at least 200 vert. This point is most flexible.
Lastly... none of it fucking matters and I'm glad you made the thread. Let's end the squabbling and move forward.
And please come to Alpental this winter.

The southern resort is targeting an opening day of Nov. 21st. I have my doubts but they could change...
