I just want it to stay as it is and not go full Ikon/Epic.
    That's not how duopolies work.

Boyne will cave in to one or the other of them soon enough.

Oh, I know. Hoping for Ikon in that case, but I'll enjoy my little hill for what it is until then.

Sweet, I got a summit pass for the first time in 4 years. Looking forward to short lines and fresh tracks.

Better to be out of town then in town at home with small children.
Common sense. So rare today in America it's almost like having a superpower.

Judging by the Winthrop area I'd say you are good to go. Especially since Xanadu is south facing. But I'm sure a Leavenworth local could confirm.

Hey all — found myself on the wet side this weekend. @cascadeluke and I are likely grabbing a beer in the Edmonds/Lynnwood area tomorrow evening/night. Anyone is welcome to join! Will post moar details a bit later. Post up if you’re interested.

I didn't see a 2019-20 thread so I will ask this here. I saw on the inter webs that Mt Baker was expecting up to 4 feet out of this storm. Does anyone have any local beta on how low the snow level is up there and if it was bare dirt at Heather Meadows or any sort of base before this last system? I am considering going touring up there on Wednesday or Thursday

Mission seems to keep on giving. Haven’t skied it myself, though. The early deep baker stuff though can be problematic on the steep rollovers.

you may need to check your beta, or I need to calibrate a sarc-o-meter? Is the internet skiing off the top of Baker again? Might be favorable above 9K.

I kind of figured that after looking into it. More idiot meter than sarcasm for me . Looking like Muir is the call.
