Sorry for reigniting this old thread, but am wondering if there have been any updates to the places to overnight? Traveled, skied, stayed in the area multiple times (between Jackson and Driggs) for skiing, but now find myself in my first van conversion with heat and wanting to avoid the hotel scene at all cost. Just an old guy from CO..in search of places to sleep and early starts.

Read back through the thread, not much has changed from that in general.
No on street parking after 2am and some stealthy common sense should do ya. With the covidz, i suspect cops are a little less inclined to rousting too.

Mike Harris parking lot is now maintained through the winter, so you got that going for ya, which is nice. Not sure they are super pumped on camping but you could definitely pull of a night there.
