Seattle Mini Summit 15 November 2018

Since we hijacked the fuck out of the '40 hours in SEA' thread I figured this might make more sense.

    Thursday, November 15 2018, 17:30.

Happy hour at The Athenian in the Pike Place Market.

Come on down. Sign here if you're in.

Entirely possible that I can make this though I likely couldn't get there before 6:30 or 7 at the earliest, due to meetings and what not - too late?

What if you rode your bike though? That's how I handle the traffic...

Wut? I don't believe you, and I find your idea ridiculous unless you were already working downtown and had the proper gear for bike commuting. Also, I live a solid 1.5 hour bike ride to downtown.

If Z-Bo shows, I'll buy his first beverage

I'm one of those "correct number of bikes to own is 'N+1'" folks, so I have a bike I leave at work in Redmond. If the weather's nice, it's a 12 mi ride to the UW light rail station where one can then be downtown in 10 mins. If it's shitty, the 545 will get me there and back again. Either way, there are options and none of them require driving anywhere near downtown which, I agree, is a goddamn nightmare.
