I've been thru ainsa a couple of times, but i never rode there.
People told me that the mountain biking was really good

Pyrenees mountain bike trails are better than anything I've ridden in Switzerland and Italy. Period.
Basquemtb is top notch organized and professional. Was joking and asking head if he was German

this trip looks amazing, thanks for sharing. what were the days like vert/mileage wise? this on the xc side of things primarily? And most importantly.... did you enjoy the basque food

Definitely NOT xc. Maybe 300m of climbing. 2000-3000m downhill. Mostly fast rocky technical ie fast sections then curvy then steeps then swoopy. Alpine trails were typical rough natural and technical
We had one day with a 700 hikea bike plus Climb. But most days we had multiple uplifts. Awesome food too. Yum getting hungry now
