Stop jumping off anything higher than 20 feet.
I like red wine. I like sauternes. I even admit to liking chardonnay.
It's all about the pacing.
Pubes can get grey.
Gym time is no longer optional.
Never assume people can't see right through you.
Most people assume you can't see right through them.
Life is short, cultivate quality, not quantity unless it's quantitty.
Levis quality has gone to shit.
Old wine is worth waiting for.

Use it or lose it when it comes to physical stamina and balance. Damage adds up exponentially when it comes to food and drink
Go that way really REALLY fast. If something gets in your way, TURN!

Go while you can, Do while you can.
If you stop exploring new ideas and concepts as you age you're doing it very wrong. I try to be more open to new ideas, not less.

You can get through a wall if you have a thick head enough, but it is easier to go over or under that said wall.
Or say fuck it, and meander to some random direction. Interesting stuff is bound to happen anyway.

“Pain is temporary, glory is forever” is The Biggest Lie Ever.
You only get one skeleton, only one brain. That glory doesn’t mean shit when you can’t remember where your car keys are and it hurts like hell to hobble up the stairs to look because you gloriously used up your cartilage being fast and loose.

50,000 dollar cars are a waste of valuable retirement savings funds. In the same vein, Compound Interest. Everyone should have a sticky on their fridge and computer screen edge with that phrase displayed.
And yeah, don't sweat the small stuff, so, certainly don't road rage.
Eat well and lightly enough, watch the drinking, exercise a lot.
