On Interstate 91 heading south still trying to decide between Okemo and magic. magic has better skiing but Okemo I already have a pass. What says the collective?

Rolling solo, so hit me up if you see a sno yeti in green pants, dark blue jacket, grey Smith helmet

    NE Roll Call 18/19

Down in the basement. Just threw some wood on the fire. Taking the big boats for some backyard field skiing. 189cm Pontoons, which measure closer to 193, but the ski like 173! Crazy easy to turn these in fresh.

"Locally 30+ inches" huh? Did anyone even get a foot? A positive event for all, perfect timing for ca$h money for the areas and merchants, but the media is so over-the-top these days it is absurd. I'll wait for the next sneaky mid-week event and get after it when the Mt is empty. Today, move the glop then FOOTBALL

I’m somewhere in the 14-16 range and it’s still coming down hard. Took me close to 45 minutes just to breach the 4 foot snowplow berm.

Agree on this. Although Iím envious of everyone out there getting some, Iím content to let the tourists have at it today. There will be more snow!

    I hope

Ok, who are the two guys that fell out of the "Chair to Nowhere" at Killington when they got their tips caught . . . the third managed to stay on the lift! Glad you were both OK!

3hrs of sleet at okemo ruined my (not so) well laid plan of plowing thru low angle blowrrr all day. Still, fun and decent when you can get moving, but it's riding upside down for now

Oh mamma today has been fan-fugu-tastic. Some kick and glide stoke from this afternoon's ski:

Edit: Killington report- 8-9am was pure bliss. 9-10 was heavy and leg-destroying, some grauple mixed in and everything was already cut up pretty good. 10-10:30 was Outer Limits awesome, then I pulled the cord to duck the crowds and save my legs. It was insanely crowded when I left, but I imagine it stayed all snow after that early wave of mix. The winds on the tail end of this should hit the reset button quite nicely.

Be safe everyone, this one is a BANGER!

Thinking about heading up from the mid-Atlantic later this week. How are things looking NoVT vs SoVT? I've got days I can use at Sugarbush but am happy to pay for lift tickets for the best snow.

The forecast would suggest go north instead of south.
