I’m at the IF3 film fest in Montreal this weekend. Films and party in a drained pool tonight.

As Goniff posted, Killington served up a great day today. It was obvious that they are going out of their way to reverse their reputation as the biggest asshole area in the east. I still won't ski there on mid-winter weekends but early and lat as well as mid-week it is a pretty awesome place.

Thanks for the actual ski pics! I just got an epic pass (family trip to beaver creek) so will make it up to Stowe. What's the absolute cheapest place to stay up there?
Regular at Cannon. Looking for pardners for stuff like Lincoln throat.
The best soup is get some hot water from the bubbler and add ketchup mustard and relish. Dirtbag lunch!

I have a 2-for-1. I'm not sure if my son is joining me. I have to see how his homework progresses is today. You'd think it would be a no brainer to get the homework done to go skiing, but this kid is a professional procrastinator.

    I'll let you know later.

Don't know that it's the cheapest but the Commodore Inn in the lower village is clean and relatively inexpensive. Great people there. Based on your soup choice, you're probably looking for something a little dirtier.

Was a cool little showing, but the sound in there was a little abrasive. My toque acted as more than just a good fashion accessory and helped to cut out some of the harsh tones. Its cool and surprising to see that ski movies draw such a crowd around here.
