That might work for beaters like you but for those of us skiing at the Mighty, Mighty (the steepest skiing in the East) these early season snows can lead to persistent weak layers. Originally Posted by akokskis

Too steep, deep, and unpredictable at the Mighty. You have to go way old school to survive and ski with 500ft of rope tied to one leg. Originally Posted by AyoBeng

Cat, what was the coverage? Have seen two VTrans trucks off on the West side of AppGap over the years. My Grandpa worked for VTrans and did 108 in the early 70's, plenty of funny stories to share, he had.
