Prettiest evening skin yet up at Bolton last night, and even some moments of legit soft snow where that 3" had drifted in between all the refrozen crust... Excuse me, loud pow.

Sooo about that Jay-Burke April fools joke yesterday...

This morning while taking my kids to school, a local radio station I was listening to had their local news come on (sourced from a contracted service out of Littleton, NH). The news report led off with the story about Quebec purchasing the resorts, reporting it as if it was actually real news. There was no disclaimer that it was an April Fools joke article or anything.
    WTF.
Now there are going to be rumors flying all around that people that actually have a brain are going to have to dispel.

The top few turns were definitely "loud pow," but once you got down into the flats it was actually quite surfable dust on crust, and occasionally no crust at all! Def the kind of conditions that are more fun on a snowboard.

Nice shot! Heading that way tonight after work, hopefully the sun softens things up a bit before then.

Is it just me, or has switchback has gotten far worse since they began canning tall boys?

I wouldn't drink a Switchback to find out, ever again. And beers in hot boots instead of ice?

Seriously. You guys hang out at night, drinking switchback, reading leather bound Donahue show manuscripts?

I don’t think they’ve gotten worse, the other breweries have just gotten better.

Sorry, meant to edit my post: we're hiking up in Apex boots to snowblade down, but not before enjoying some warm Goose Island IPAs that have been sitting on the dash in the sun all day!
