    Any takers?
Not much rock that I know of around Bigelow for trad or sport, there are some boulders but I’ve never climbed them. Closer to Weld is Tumbledown that has a few sweet multi pitch trad lines in a very enjoyable setting. The AMC route goes about 5.6 and is a fun way to the summit. Shag, IIRC, has 1 or maybe 0 routes in the 5.8 range, but things may have changed. Clifton, Acadia, Camden, have numerous lines in that range but are a fairly far drive from Bigelow.

I live in Acadia and here's a climbing resource page to get you started if you come down this way. Good climbing, great views.

Awesome time after biking at K. Killington slays the mtb scene, must have been 500 bikers there with a half hour Ramshead LL.

Band was a fun listen, heard a bunch of people say Hayley reminded them of Janis.

Hiking views not to shabby either. Saw many bolts in the rock while walking along this escarpment.

I have two pairs of those snowshoes, made by Snocraft in Maine but same style. Bought for $25 a pair for a surplus store about 20 years ago, got the same 10th Mtn story. I use them regularly, they are the full rocker ski of of the slowshoe world.

Finally took my first plunge into a VT swimming hole. 48' and it felt like my chest was going to explode. Move is complete, save a bad appraisal, the PA house is sold, should settle by Sept. 10. Binge shopped ski gear and passes 2 nights ago, wifey is bed ridden post-op, so she won't see the deliveries for the next few weeks. It's all about timing.

Anyone interested in a set of back steel wheels and snow tires? 205/55/16 General Alitmax Arctic tires with about 15k miles on them, prob 50-60% tread left. Bolt pattern in 5x112, coming off a '15 VW GTI. Wheels will fit most newer Audi/VWs and plenty of Japanese cars. Pick up near Montpelier, make me an offer. Happy to provide pics later today.

A REI just opened in North Conway? The population doesn't seem to fit their typical model. And investing in brick and mortar...wow.
