^^^ That is a serious work site you got going there!

Well looks like we got lucky today with another 3-4 in the upper cottonwoods. Going to be bitterly cold tomorrow and warming up later in the week. Currently, no precipitation in the works until at least next week (hopefully no later...). Still have 5.5 weeks until a likely opening of a WROD. I am going to continue with leg training and trying to get at least 5 more days on the bike in. For anyone who needs some conditioning, try leg blasters:

Someone took a digger around Alta yesterday afternoon and got hauled out by SAR, check yourself before you break yourself.

Somebody skied Main Chute into the boulders below. Unable to get himself down. Summer patrol personnel and an off duty patroller treated and transported. Crepitation and pain in his back.
That place isn't called Rock Garden for nothing!
    Vibes for a good outcome.

Chatted with someone who responded, sounded like the dude was skiing way too fast, which is stupid because that place is a pile of rocks.

I wanted to push up Jupiter but my partner was ready to turn around.

We slid down the drifts along the ridge, deep in places but I still enjoyed a core shot.

Dude is a friend of mine and one of my touring buddies. 9 broken ribs. 4 are double breaks with first break @ the vertebrae so floating ribs. Out of the hospital and resting uncomfortably at home. He is a good dude that made a shitty decision and will suffer for it. Fuck

It's the other way around now! Short story, tell you it over a shot 'er I mean beer...so the story can actually last a little longer, eh? Cuz you'll be back? Working where?

There's at least one very year. Low elevation trails are in prime condition, that's where I'll be for now.
