    EUROBBI_19 DANCE CARD

If you want, mark when you are planning to attend. I'll be stinking up venduls palace the nights of March 17-21, leaving for ZRH the afternoon of the 22nd.
Click on the number after the date to see who is planning on being there on that night.

Or below, enter your potential dates and change as your whim.

I'll be rolling around Yurp for the 2 weeks from March 7 to March 22.
I'm planning on staying in Konstanz the night of March 7, then heading off with notorious euro ski freaks to the best snow.
On March 10, I'm taking an afternoon train to Bad Gastein where I'll lurk @ http:www.hotelechobadgastein.com .
On March 13, I'll be landing in St. Anton late.
On March 15, I'll be in Klosters, CH @ the Wynegg Hotel, close to the Klosters bahnhof.
On March 17 afternoon, I'll train it to Rueras.

Sure looks like someone is intending to be there before the 17th and after the 23rd, but not in between. Curious. ;-)

    I know...it's a public poll.

Should I resubmit one with better instructions?

Actually, I set the poll up multiple choice so one can check each day one plans to be at mt-lodge.

I'm guessing that after being strictly human powered for 5 days straight, living out of alpine huts, and having skied 8 of the previous 9 days, that I may need some time to take it all in.

Nah. The Urner will be easy cheese.

Chairlifts and trains are where the resting takes place.

1200m vert per day sounds damn pleasant for a week in huttes.

They'll double that easily if the conditions are good (they'd better). Hm, maybe I'm a little jealous...?

Thanks everyone for posting up their flight details. It was impossible not to take advantage of these prices.

    Arriving Zurich March 18th
    3/18-3/20????
3 nights reserved at vendul's in Rueras March 21/22/23
Travel on 3/24 in evening and stay near Zurich
    Depart 3/25

Was on the fence about staying the 20th at vendul's as well but also want to get a small taste of other areas. Currently have no concrete plans between arrival and the 21st in Rueras.

Read this for more info: https://www.tetongravity.com/forums/...-March-21-2019 .

The Andermatt/Disentis skiarena is big, like 35 km from Hospental to Disentis, essentially lift served skiable all the way (Ok, to get to Hospental takes a 20 minute bootpack from a traverse off the Gemsstock). Throw in easy train access to Airolo on the West end and Flims/Laax on the East end from venduls place and you've got a lot of skiing. Super easy hourly train connections from one end to the other.

Your easiest snowsure other well known option is Engelberg, which is an incredible huDge euroskiresort.

Another is Davos, which I'm going to sample for the first time on the 16+17, also pretty easy access and legendary skiing, sidecountry and tours.

St. Moritz is the weird sleeper that, while expensive, has a mondoshit ton of great skiing andf easy access, especially if one can score a relatively inexpensive room at the hostel in Pontresina, right next to the rail line. There's 4 major areas there: Corvatsch, Corviglia, Diavolezza and LaGalb (although the last two are now on 1 lift ticket and across the road from one another).

Further afield is Austria with great access to St. Anton and Schruns/Montafon.

Study resource: https://www.bergfex.com/oesterreich/ and use the skiresorts drop down tab to research countries other than Austria
