Hello Maggots and Ski Enthusiasts.

Matt Wibby here with The Ski Journal. This is long but important, please read.

It’s that time again: The annual The Ski Journal promo offer is live for the TGR Maggot community. The Ski Journal #12.1 is now shipping. Featuring 14 pages on Daron Rahlves, Chris Figenshau gallery and 6 pages on retro grass skiing, among other words/photos.

In the past, the first issue was signed. This season, the second issue is signed. Reasoning: Our first issue has an amazing cover of a guy grass skiing and heck, we do not know how to find him. Is there a code for the "TGR stoke" package? It looks like I have an account set up, but no renewal.

confused, above states issue 12.1, on website it's 16.1???

Issue 12.1 is the new issue of The Ski Journal. If you are seeing 16.1, it is a typo, although unsure where you are seeing this.

if you have an account, just need to log into your account, then purchase the new TGR sub package, should be smooth.

if you signed up for the 17/18 package, did not turn off auto-renew and you did not receive a notice to update your expired credit card. you are all setup!

You can go on the website and look under My Account to see if you have auto-renew turned on

Go to "My Account", click on "Memberships" on the sidebar, and see if your page looks something like this:

If you have an upcoming bill date in the future, and your payment information is correct, and your membership does not expire ("Expires: N/A"), then you're good. If your membership has expired, or expires sometime pretty soon, maybe you need to renew.

i cant get into account, does it lock out after a certain number of attempts with wrong email address or password?
goes to a screen that says "error"

I just got in so nevermind on that issue.....but..........

looks like i got charged twice last year?? i dont read cc transactions, but i guess i need to go back and look at it , right? i only received and anticipated one magazine subscription.....

Looks like one order was cancelled and one processed. Check the middle fields. I believe what happened, is you may have attempted to purchase something, some sort of error, so you tired again. And second order went through. The original order was 'pending', but never was processed. I encourage you to check with your bank we only went to charge you once. If anything wonky happened, we will instantly refund, but I do not believe this is the case.

The auto-renew is new for us, overall, smooth transition. We are here to fix any problems folks may have.

I just subscribed for the first time after resisting for years. How soon will the 12.1 issue ship? I just ask because I was tempted to buy it in the bookstore the other day but subbed instead.
