I've been running hard boots and race boards for 20+ years. seen many techniques. have ridden with some of the best carvers on the planet and learned a lot. currently ride a coiler EX 176 23cm wide. the days of 18 cm wide boards like a Madd are behind me. Hips can't take the tweaking. It's like running a double boot slalom waterski on the snow. dive in hard and exit in the back seat, surf style. love the feeling of ripping big fast arcs on the groomers. I come from a skateboarding background, so slalom is in my blood. it is what it is.
