FS: Black Diamond Helio 116 186cm w/Dynafit Radicals

    Skis used for 1/2 season
Bindings used 2 seasons, heels replaced with brand new ones beginning of last season (Dynafit Radical FT12s)

Mounted once for 335bsl at -1.

Only skied inbounds commuting to side-country.

$750? Feel free to price police me if I'm off base...

I'm in Canada, can ship to the US. Or I can possibly ship these from the US as well...

    750 CAD or USD?

Just FYI, you can get the skis new off STP for <$400.

Ya looks like $499 on STP. Didn't see that...

Make an offer. In whichever currency you prefer.

Just to be clear -- this is a sweet soft snow touring setup. Got to demo these one day and was super impressed. If I didn't have Lhasas in minty shape this would probably be the ski.

Great skis, really like mine. Even did an inbounds pow day on them with Tectons and Cochise 120, and quickly forgot I was on AT skis/bindings.

I recently bought a book about forgotten trails in the Northeast (Best Backcountry Skiing in the Northeast: 50 Classic Ski Tours In New England And New York) and I'm casually thinking about checking out a few of them. How soft are the shovels on these? I tend to like stiffer skis, which is why all of mine are too heavy to take on a climb

Not stiff, bit considerably stiffer than the carbon Megawatts the Helio 116 replaced, if you ever flexed those.

Soft, but progressing into being much stiffer under foot. I do like that there isn't a ton of rocker in the tail, giving you more edge behind the boot, which almost makes it ski like it's a bit "stiffer".
TLDR; Ski faster. Quit breathing. Don't crash.

This a pretty good assessment IMO. The skis are pretty incredible for their weight....

Forgot to add that I love my Helio 116's! Mounted them -2.5 to -2.75 depending on boot.

OK thanks. Have a feeling I'm gonna want something stiffer (perhaps mistakenly) but thanks for all the info
