What is the new PM Gear Bros?

I ski bummed a couple seasons at the Bird 9 years ago. I've taken the last 9 years off but I just moved back to Sandy and cleared my whole winter to do nothing but ski (at the Bird). I was just about to start looking at gear knowing I was ultimately going to get PM Gear Bros... but surprise surprise I have been out of the scene so long I had no clue they are no more. So my question is there a carbon ski like the PM Gear Bro that everyone has kind of convalesced around for aggressive big mountain skiing or is there so much stuff out there now everyone is on something different? If so what are a couple carbon all-mountain skis I should take a look at? I'm about 6ft, 210, aggressive big mountain skier. The last skis I skied on were Dynastar Legend Pros which I loved but I'm looking for carbon this time.

    PM Gear Bro = narrow/outdated.

All the gnarradbros on TGR are skiing on 189/191/193 ON3P Billygoats or 189 Praxis RX for the soft days and something 102-108ish underfoot for the mixed/firm days. (Dynastar Legend Pro Rider, ON3P Wrenegade 108, Praxis Freeride, Kastle.)

No? Last time I kept abreast of things carbon was the latest and greatest for all-mountain. Didn't pan out? I admit ignorance to anything in the industry the last 8 years. I know I need to educate myself but I'm trying to get pointed in the right direction first. Reading some threads I keep seeing On3ps and Praxis pop up.

You're only 3 posts in, there is still plenty of time for that.

Oh, and in the span you were gone, we all decided that Carbon skis are too light and pingy for resort use. Only for pure powder/touring/cat/heli. Sorry DPS. We all want a little metal, lots of rubber, heavy wood cores and fiberglass, with just a little carbon stringer layer thrown in for extra pop.

You plan on using these new skis extensively in moguls by any chance?

Moguls at Snowbird/Alta? Where? No. I said I'm skiing at the Bird not Squaw.

Although those of us who aren't built like Clydesdales are ok with some carbon, and some heavy, damped skis (ON3P) are using carbon as a tuning element.

I'm 165#, and agree with Keith (Praxis), in liking it with their Medium weight (Enduro) core. Others disagree, as they are either heavy, ski at Mach Looney speeds, or both.

    Light carbon - definitely touring/untracked.

The carbon/flax layup in the Down skis is very nice - at least in their Countdown 104. I've only skied two generations of the 100-ish width Countdown - no other widths or models.

I'm waiting on the Summer group buy to pop up in gear swap. Down doesn't normally ship to North America & this has been a once/year deal, thanks to @Sist and @geo.

So back to the OP's question. What would a today's BRO model be? Praxis RX or GPO, or Billy Goat, I think, or maybe bear's suggestion.
