Lots of maybes but not going to add people to the roll call until they commit full send like StayAlert

MNIAW + 3: 2 10'X20' canopies, 2 plastic party tables, a case of Heady Topper, and a generator if needed

GetAmped+?: PA system and tunes, some additional aluminum tables, whatever rye I'm currently into and probably a gallon of Sloop Juice Bomb, some mexicany comestibles and coffee makings and equipment for the morning

Vt-Freeheel: Appetite and attitude, more of one than the other but too far out to know which.

Peruvian: coupla kegs of homebrew (I have a new jockey box so that janky POS won't be an issue this year), sleeve of cups, appetizer, combustibles.

KRP: pans and coals for bacon breakfast.

StayAlert: Pig cooking box + 2 thermometers + stainless prep table + enough charcoal to cook a pig + Hollow log(s) + 5 station shot ski + STOKE

We could stop right there and still have an awesome party

Amen, but we still need a pig to sacrifice. Chef Bruce and I will bring a 60 lb'r for the box and a smoker.

It sounds like we are banned from civilized zones, so I'll bring a generator and lights, too. And some smoking hot pork butts...

We can throw a few chickens in, too for those who don't eat red meat.

This is coming together in a big way and it's barely September. I figured we'd get the pig thing sorted but I'm stoked at how fast it happened.

Looking for some usual suspects to start checking in....
    Gepeto
    Goniff
    MPPG
    Lynchy
    Kokomas
    MagicSnowboard
    MMP

We didn't have huge turnout for Vol Day #1 but the stoke was high and there's a new tree shot to be sampled this winter. If anybody is around on a weekend when there is no volunteer day scheduled, PM or text me. I have a few things in mind that need a quick trim.

This week, I'm going to try to hit up the guys at Ski the East for some schwag. Even if it's only some stickers and a coupla DVDs. Their ski porn is mostly east coast stuff and it's pretty freakin' awesome.

As in the past, the mexican food will be all-vegetarian to provide that option to those so inclined. I considered mixing it up with some chicken/beef until the pig got resolved. I'm also going to change the delivery mechanism to aluminum trays of enchiladas (some with cheese, some without) to simplify heating and serving. The guac will be the same and we can see once again how fast 15 avocados get scarfed down.

Those runs came out sooooooo sick I am really stoked on having that clean of a line over there.

I’ve already got a ton lined up for the next work day, the east side trees are going to be so nice and clean this season. Pretty pissed next one is on the Peru fair day.

Being able to re-connect with real (not interwebz) friends and making new ones is one of the highlights of Ullrfest. Then there's the pig...and the beer...and the liquor luge....and the hollow log burnings....and the bacon. But one of the true highlights is the incredible contribution of mega-mag MiCol and his company Freeride Systems. Best gear you can own and this year, he is stepping up big-time and offering one of his new LTE Lightweight Touring Jackets as the headliner for our raffle. Check it out at

PSA: UPL is only accepting 2 night reservations for the weekend of the 27th.

Update: GA+4: Friends from NM and Ms. N are coming and are staying there for the weekend. I'll either need to pony up for the extra night or find other accommodations as Ms. N is not inclined to try to tent it.
