Just drove over Donner summit. Enough snow to create a full on idiot show on the road.

Might be more than dust on crust up high tomorrow.

This is becoming high comedy. Sugar Bowl and Alpine are right on the crest at a higher elevation, so it makes sense that a hill in the basin would get twice as much snow. :-)

This is getting so ridiculous at this point I'm just excited to see where it goes. What are the odds N* finishes the season at the top of the snow totals?

I was in Rose Meadows last night (skiing out from Houghton in the dark), and it seemed like 6" of new fluff, at least... Yesterday's storm must have been one of those sliders that hit the NE more.

N* hasn't figured out that the more snow a mountain gets, the flatter it gets. I'm not sure if it is possible for a mountain to invert, but I think they're going to try.
I've concluded that DJSapp was never DJSapp, and Not DJSapp is also not DJSapp, so that means he's telling the truth now and he was lying before.

Haha, so true. But that just means that N* skiers can ”feel” like are they skiing better as the backside becomes even more of a blue run .

Damn Gimpy! Couple of unreal days at the bay.

Also some super-sweet and wow-it's-fat stuff from gnarbro, 213, mistercrow and others. What a season. Loving the stoke flow recently.

Can anyone help me out? There's a pair of bindings in South Lake I want to buy, but I'm in Truckee, and trying to save myself the few hours of driving. If anyone is in South Lake and headed north, and can do me a solid and bring up that binder, I'd be much appreciative - PM me if so.

Couple stoke pics from this weekend

Buttress was soooooo fat this weekend.
