Climbed and skied Crescent Moon Coulier Sunday. Climb was fun with an exciting top out. Snow was soft and lots of ledges from side slipping in the top half, with the steep pitch I skied that part very conservatively (ie. side slipped it too hah). Not a lot of room left on top to get skis on.
Only took one pic when we changed to booting.

Think rain repeat tomorrow, dust on crust, or actual accumulation?

At least the rain will knock down some of those bumps. A little slurpie and wind refill with a top 3” layer of snow would sure buff that place out nicely.

Not the bottomless turns we got at kirkwood yesterday but Waterhouse was entertaining enough for a couple laps. Prolly should have made the trek back out to the wood.

Given that it's supposed to freeze tonight, methinks lift-served skiing/riding is gonna be muy interesting tomorrow...AM was completely tracked out/cut up by 10 am this morning (though it kept skiing well up until I called it at 11:30).
That said, they are calling for more snow tomorrow night, Sunday, Monday night, and Tues, turning to rain starting Wed...at least that's the "predictions" as of now...
