Haha, you sound like every non-bama fan... and we love it. As a lifelong fan, I remember the long droughts too.

But I've always hated ND so I'm with ya there.

I'm with GS and Shred on this...best part of these playoffs will be watching the Irish get smoked by a team that actually should be there.
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

If Oklahoma and ND upset Clemson and Alabummer I'd be willing to put my TGR profile photo/avatar on the line. If OU plays Notre Dame how about the loser has to use the winning team's logo for their profile photo for a full week following the game?

Feel free to step up with a bet like that against Clemson fans here. With all the injuries and true freshmen starting for OU I don't see us beating Bama on paper. Gonna tale some luck and I don't bet on luck like that. I think we could totally beat Notre Dame as is though..

Oh, IDK, I just keep hearing how ND is going to get crushed, doesn't belong, would be 8-4 in the bogey man SEC (snicker), etc., etc., etc.........Like I said, open to any sort of gentlemen's wager.....

Go Irish. The right teams got in.

Six team playoff and win your conference. End of story.

Did you guys just make a bet on a hypothetical and highly unlikely Oklahoma vs Notre Dame Nat'l Championship game? *snicker*

That's what everyone else said in 2014.. and the previous two times OU faced Bama. ND's the team who hasn't played ANYBODY yet. Your ONE quality win is cough cough Michigan??

Michigan, Syracuse, NW, Stanford. All AP Top 25. And you? Cough cough indeed......

Great game you guys had against Florida Atlantic, I’ll give you that....

I would've just put in the 4 undefeated teams and let 'em play. I'd rather see UCF than some mediocre one loss team that will probably get spanked anyway.

How many of those finished top 25?

Oklahoma beat 4 top 25 final week teams:
    Texas
    West Virginia
    Army
    Iowa State

I only see two from ND

And, EVERYONE else in the conversation has beaten more of the current/final top 25 teams than Notre Dame. So, go figure!

Sorry, you are correct, I was looking at rankings at the time game played... But you know who has a weaker SOS than ND? Clemson. Plus, show me where ND lost to a BIG 12 team this year.....Oh wait, never mind.
