    Roza!

Should be coming ripe soon. Around here it goes Early Redhaven, Cresthaven, Redhaven, Roza, O'Henry, Elberta and a couple other I can't remember now. Roza are my favorite but the Early Redhavens I've got now are pretty wonderful too.

Thanks! I did find some in the farmer's market here after I devoured yours. I'll be keeping my eyes peeled.

This thread motivated me to buy some donut peaches at the store.
Can’t wait for them to slightly over-ripen!

Store-bought edibles are an abomination, KQ. A drop of RSO on the home baked treat of your choice is the only way to fly.

I haven't tried those I posted - it was just for fun in reply to Irul but I will say you're wrong on that count when it comes to Pioneer Squares made by Craft Elixers in Seattle. I have a friend who loves Phat Panda but I've not tried them.

I do like a little Sour Tsunami Co2 oil by Dose in my morning mocha from time to time but it's different than having a gummie. It's all about what I'm looking for on a given day.

it's been peachy in Tennessee for a few weeks, but the ones in my front yard are just now getting there. I picked about 20 this week and sent a text to some neighbors to come and get 'em before the squirrels devour them (had them covered with mesh sleeves the last few weeks to keep the little bastids at bay).

Ooh don’t even know. Bought 2 of them at the co-op a few years ago along w the plums behind them and been training them since. The plums went off this year for the first time but the peaches have been pretty solid for 3 or 4 years.

LOL!! Do you have an old "Joy of Cooking" cookbook? In the back they have recipes for things like squirrel and raccoon. Even instructions on how to skin them!

Got a half rack of Palisades a couple weeks ago. Good, but meh by Palisade standards. Heard an early frost may have stunted them.

The Peach State had a banger year with the warm winter. All but cashed now. I don’t think I’ve grilled so many peaches in a summer before (small pandemic positives I guess)

Graeters Madagascar Vanilla French Pot ice cream scoop in the grilled half peach with a pinch of sea salt, a spring of basil and a drizzle of 25 y/o aged balsamic vinegar reduction FTW.
I still call it The Jake.
